When the network went down for the ATM machines, the service people behind the desk got overwhelmed and rude. Ordered a coffee and water, got cold coffee no water, no explanation, no customer service. Sat down at a nonsmoking section, only to be engulfed w/smoke (smoke is illerate, it doesn't pay attention to the signs, it goes where it wants).
After buying a membership, we were told to go into another line, which was another line to buy a membership (obviously miscommunication) we went to the rewards card line (2 people behind the desk) finally we were admitted into this very crowded, very smoky casino. We were on the way back from upstate New York and stopped into the casino as it was opening day.
